“VIDI” refers to the VIDI platform, including all related websites, applications, subdomains, products, services, APIs, content platforms, partner integrations, and digital offerings operated under the VIDI brand.
“Platform” refers collectively to all VIDI websites, applications, mobile applications, progressive web applications (PWAs), APIs, widgets, embedded services, communication channels, subdomains, and associated services, including but not limited to *.vidi.one.
“Services” refers to any products, bookings, reservations, tools, content, advertising, financial comparison functionality, eSIM services, travel-related offerings, event-related offerings, informational content, AI-powered functionality, and third-party integrations made available through the Platform.
“Providers” refers to independent third-party suppliers, merchants, advertisers, service providers, partners, travel operators, event organizers, financial institutions, eSIM operators, or other entities offering products or services through the Platform.
“User Content” refers to any content submitted, uploaded, published, transmitted, or otherwise provided by users.
2. About the Platform
VIDI is a digital platform, intermediary marketplace, informational platform, AI-powered platform, and media/content platform that provides access to travel services, hotel bookings, event tickets, eSIM products, financial comparison tools, advertising content, informational materials, AI-assisted content, community content, and other third-party offerings.
VIDI may aggregate, compare, promote, facilitate access to, or display products and services provided by independent third-party providers.
VIDI does not own, operate, control, or directly provide most third-party products or services displayed through the Platform.
These Terms apply to all VIDI websites, subdomains, mobile applications, progressive web applications (PWAs), APIs, widgets, embedded services, partner integrations, and related digital products, including future services operated under the VIDI brand.
Different sections, products, applications, or subdomains of the Platform may be subject to supplemental terms, provider rules, or service-specific policies.
The Platform may expand, modify, rename, merge, discontinue, or introduce additional products, domains, subdomains, applications, or services at any time.
3. Eligibility
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

travel documentation requirements.
Account recovery or order transfer requests may require reasonable proof of identity or ownership.
Account sharing, fake accounts, impersonation, or fraudulent activity are prohibited.
5. Services & Third-Party Providers
The Platform may include:

financial comparison tools;
•
advertising and sponsored content;
•
AI-generated or AI-assisted content;
•
editorial, informational, or community content.
Many services available through the Platform are provided by independent third-party providers.

Refunds, cancellations, exchanges, credits, or modifications:

may be partially approved;

may exclude platform or processing fees;
•
may take an undefined processing period.
VIDI does not guarantee the availability, timing, or approval of refunds.

users are responsible for verifying device compatibility and regional support;

network quality and availability are not guaranteed.
Abusive chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent refund activity may result in:

VIDI reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and provide transaction records, verification logs, and supporting evidence to payment providers or financial institutions.
8. Travel, Hotels & Events
Users are solely responsible for:

local legal requirements;

accurate traveler information.
Airline, hotel, transportation provider, venue, or organizer policies may override information displayed on the Platform.
Schedules, pricing, accommodations, seating, routes, amenities, or availability may change without notice.
VIDI is not responsible for:
Hotel descriptions, images, ratings, amenities, and reviews may differ from actual conditions.
9. Financial Information Disclaimer
Financial comparison tools, rankings, offers, rates, articles, calculators, or informational content provided through the Platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute:

Rates, fees, rankings, and offers may change at any time.
Some providers, placements, rankings, or recommendations may involve:

12. User Content
Users may upload, submit, publish, or transmit:
Users remain solely responsible for submitted content and represent that they possess all necessary rights.
By submitting content, users grant VIDI a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to:

VIDI reserves the right to:

VIDI does not guarantee the removal, preservation, modification, or continued availability of any content, account, review, listing, or submission.
13. Prohibited Activities

reverse engineer the Platform;

bypass security measures;

14. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, branding, interfaces, trademarks, graphics, text, software, algorithms, layouts, and materials are protected by intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, mirrored, modified, resold, reused, or exploited without prior written authorization from VIDI.
Use of the VIDI name, branding, trademarks, logos, or visual identity without authorization is prohibited.

By using the Platform, users consent to receive electronic communications, notices, disclosures, and records from VIDI.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all services are provided:

While VIDI may implement commercially reasonable security measures, no system, transmission method, or storage mechanism can be guaranteed as completely secure.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VIDI shall not be liable for:

VIDI’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to VIDI during the preceding twelve (12) months related to the relevant transaction.
Users assume all risks associated with use of the Platform and third-party services.
19. Indemnification
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VIDI, its operators, affiliates, partners, contractors, providers, advertisers, and licensors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, expenses, or legal fees arising from:

VIDI reserves the right to block or restrict access to services, transactions, providers, or regions for compliance, security, operational, or legal reasons.
21. Suspension & Termination
VIDI may suspend, terminate, restrict, or modify access to the Platform or services at any time without notice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration or other dispute resolution mechanisms selected by VIDI.

Jurisdiction, venue, and applicable procedures may be determined by VIDI or the relevant dispute resolution forum where legally permitted.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
26. Waiver
Failure by VIDI to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any rights or provisions.
27. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between users and VIDI regarding use of the Platform and supersede prior understandings or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
28. Language
In the event of inconsistencies between translated versions of these Terms, the English-language version shall control unless otherwise required by applicable law.
