For analytics and advertising, VIDI uses, among others, Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC), and may use other advertising platforms, ad networks and aggregators, affiliate and CPA networks, programmatic buying platforms (DSP/SSP), social networks, and marketing and analytics partners (collectively, "advertising and analytics partners").
5.2 What Data Is Shared
VIDI may share with advertising and analytics partners, and allow them to collect on the Platform:

anonymized and aggregated data — statistics on visits, conversions, sales and campaign performance;

pseudonymized data — cookie and device identifiers, advertising and click identifiers (e.g. gclid), IP address, browser and device information, visited page URLs and referral source, on-Platform events (offer view, add to cart, checkout start, payment method selection, purchase), order contents, value and currency, and order number;
•
identifiable (non-anonymized) data, including in hashed form (e.g. SHA-256) — email address, phone number, name and country — for accurate conversion measurement (including Google Enhanced Conversions), audience matching (customer match) and excluding existing purchasers from ad delivery.

Data may be transferred to countries outside the user's country, including the United States. Transfers from the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or other mechanisms provided by law.
5.5 Legal Basis
Data is shared with advertising and analytics partners on the basis of the user's consent (the cookie banner and, where permitted by law, continued use of the Platform after notice) and VIDI's legitimate interest in measuring and promoting its services. In the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, advertising and analytics cookies are enabled only after the user's consent (Google Consent Mode).
