use Platform data for model training;
•
perform automated monitoring;
•
reverse engineer software;
•
reproduce screenshots for commercial purposes;
•
circumvent security systems;
•
interfere with Platform functionality.
Any unauthorized use may violate:

international intellectual property regulations.
4. AI & Machine Learning Restrictions
The Platform and its content may not be used for:

machine learning datasets;
•
synthetic dataset creation;
•
automated semantic analysis;
•
generative model development;
•
automated content replication.
Automated systems, crawlers, bots, scrapers, indexing systems, and AI agents are prohibited from accessing or collecting Platform data unless explicitly authorized in writing by VIDI.
Robots.txt permissions do not constitute authorization for AI training or dataset creation.
5. Branding & Trademark Protection
VIDI names, logos, branding, marks, trade dress, application appearance, UI elements, slogans, and related branding assets may not be:

6. User-Generated Content License
Users who upload, publish, submit, transmit, or otherwise provide content to the Platform grant VIDI a:
