Настоящие Условия использования API (“Terms”) применяются ко всем API, developer services, SDKs, integrations, authentication systems, automation interfaces и related developer tools, работающим под брендом VIDI, включая, помимо прочего, *.vidi.one (совместно — «API Services»).
Используя API Services или получая к ним доступ, пользователь подтверждает согласие с настоящими Terms.
1. Цель Terms
VIDI может предоставлять API access, integrations, SDKs, developer tools, authentication systems и related technical services subject operational, security, compliance и commercial requirements.
Настоящие Terms устанавливают:

developer responsibilities;

integration restrictions;
2. API Access & Eligibility
API access может требовать:
•
operational verification.
VIDI оставляет за собой право:
•
refuse access without explanation.
API availability может зависеть от:
•
operational requirements;
•
infrastructure limitations;
•
fraud prevention systems;
3. Permitted Usage
Authorized users могут использовать API Services исключительно для:
•
legitimate business purposes;
•
permitted operational use.
Пользователь самостоятельно несет ответственность за:

interfere infrastructure;
•
perform denial-of-service attacks;
•
perform credential stuffing;
•
automate unauthorized requests;
•
create competing services using API data;
•
extract user data without authorization;
•
perform mass automated collection;
•
bypass authentication systems;
•
perform unauthorized AI training;
•
create embeddings API data;
•
build vector databases using Platform data;
•
resell unauthorized API access;
•
share credentials without authorization.
Any abusive, excessive, suspicious, automated, fraudulent или unauthorized usage может привести к immediate enforcement actions.
5. Rate Limits & Operational Restrictions

Rate limits и operational restrictions могут изменяться в любое время без уведомления.

uninterrupted availability;

permanent endpoint availability;

uninterrupted integrations.
6. Security Requirements
API users самостоятельно несут ответственность за:
•
securing API credentials;
•
securing authentication tokens;
•
preventing unauthorized access;
•
protecting connected systems;
•
maintaining operational security;
•
implementing appropriate safeguards.
Пользователь обязан immediately report:
VIDI может suspend access при обнаружении security risks.
7. Monitoring & Enforcement
VIDI оставляет за собой право:
•
preserve logs and evidence;
Enforcement actions могут происходить automatically или manually.
8. Third-Party Integrations
API users самостоятельно несут ответственность за:
•
third-party applications;
VIDI не гарантирует compatibility с:
•
external authentication systems.
Third-party integrations могут работать в соответствии с отдельными terms и policies.
9. Intellectual Property & Data Usage
Все Platform content, APIs, structures, schemas, metadata, operational systems, rankings, recommendation systems и related materials остаются собственностью VIDI или applicable rights holders.
API access не предоставляет:
•
rights create derivative datasets;
Пользователь не вправе использовать API data для:
•
machine learning ingestion;
10. Compliance & International Restrictions
Пользователь обязан соблюдать:
•
cybersecurity regulations;
VIDI оставляет за собой право restrict access based on:
11. Ограничение ответственности
В максимальной степени, разрешенной законодательством, VIDI не несет ответственности за:
•
interrupted integrations;
•
operational interruptions;
•
third-party system failures;
•
automated enforcement actions.
Пользователь принимает на себя все risks, связанные с API integrations и automation systems.
12. Изменения Terms
VIDI вправе изменять настоящие Terms в любое время без предварительного уведомления.
Updated versions вступают в силу после publication Platform.
Продолжение использования API Services означает acceptance updated versions.
13. Язык
При расхождениях между переводами приоритет имеет английская версия, если иное не предусмотрено applicable law.
