Настоящая Политика использования AI & AI Transparency (“Политика”) применяется ко всем веб-сайтам, приложениям, API, поддоменам, мобильным приложениям, цифровым продуктам, media platforms и связанным сервисам, работающим под брендом VIDI, включая, помимо прочего, *.vidi.one (совместно — «Платформа»).
Используя Платформу или получая к ней доступ, пользователь подтверждает согласие с настоящей Политикой.

•
содержать unintended results;
•
различаться между users или sessions.

Moderation или enforcement actions могут включать:

recommendation restrictions;
•
explanation moderation decisions.
Certain moderation или enforcement decisions могут происходить automatically.
5. Personalization & Recommendations
Платформа может personalize:

VIDI не гарантирует neutral, chronological или non-commercial rankings.
6. AI Risks & Limitations
Пользователь acknowledges, что AI systems могут:

produce inconsistent results;
•
produce incorrect recommendations;
•
omit important information;
•
generate unintended content.
AI-generated outputs не должны рассматриваться как:
•
guaranteed factual information.
Пользователь самостоятельно несет ответственность за independent evaluation всей информации.

Пользователи и third parties не вправе:

scrape Platform content for AI;
•

build datasets from Platform content;

create vector databases from Platform content;
•
automate AI collection systems.
Automated AI agents, crawlers, dataset builders и machine learning systems могут быть blocked или restricted.

Certain AI functionality может involve:

fraud detection providers;
VIDI не контролирует все third-party AI systems или external providers.
Third-party systems могут работать в соответствии с отдельными terms и policies.
10. Transparency & Disclosure Limitations

explain moderation logic;

explain recommendation logic;
•
disclose risk scoring methods;
•
reveal internal operational systems.
Certain systems могут оставаться proprietary, confidential или security-sensitive.
11. Ограничение ответственности
В максимальной степени, разрешенной законодательством, VIDI не несет ответственности за:

automated moderation errors;
•
personalization outcomes;
•
automated enforcement actions;
•
reliance on AI-generated content.
Пользователь принимает на себя все risks, связанные с использованием AI-assisted systems и content.
12. Изменения Политики
VIDI вправе изменять настоящую Политику в любое время без предварительного уведомления.
Updated versions вступают в силу после publication Platform.
Продолжение использования Платформы означает acceptance updated versions.
13. Язык
При расхождениях между переводами приоритет имеет английская версия, если иное не предусмотрено applicable law.
