VIDI reserves the right to:

Users and third parties may not:

perform automated extraction;
•
use automated registrations;
•
interfere with Platform infrastructure;
•
automate unauthorized access;
•
perform vulnerability scanning;
•
perform credential stuffing;
•
exploit security weaknesses;
•
reverse engineer software or APIs;
•
interfere with security systems.
Automated systems, AI agents, crawlers, indexing systems, dataset builders, LLM crawlers, and machine learning systems may not access or collect Platform data without explicit written authorization from VIDI.
5. AI & Machine Learning Restrictions
Users may not use the Platform or its content for:
•
machine learning datasets;
•
automated semantic analysis;
•
synthetic dataset creation;
VIDI reserves the right to block or restrict:
•
unauthorized indexing systems.
6. Account & Identity Rules
•
share accounts without authorization;
•
use fraudulent payment information;
•
bypass account restrictions;
•
evade suspensions or bans;
•
manipulate verification systems.
VIDI reserves the right to:
•
request identity verification;
•
restrict suspicious accounts;
•
preserve fraud-related records.
7. Payment, Fraud & Chargeback Abuse

engage in fraudulent disputes;
•
manipulate payment systems;
•
engage in unauthorized financial activity.
VIDI reserves the right to:
•
cooperate with payment processors;
•
report activity to authorities or fraud prevention systems.
8. Advertising, Promotions & Marketplace Conduct
Users, advertisers, affiliates, and partners may not:
•
distribute misleading advertisements;
•
create deceptive promotions;
•
artificially inflate engagement;
•
manipulate recommendations;
•
misuse promotional systems.
Sponsored placements and commercial visibility may be determined algorithmically or commercially.
9. Security & Technical Restrictions

interfere with Platform security;
•
bypass authentication systems;
•
interfere with infrastructure;
•
test systems without authorization.
Unauthorized testing or attacks may result in:

reporting to authorities.
10. Enforcement Rights
VIDI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

cooperate with providers;
•
cooperate with authorities;
•
disclose information where legally permitted;
VIDI may take enforcement action without prior notice or explanation.
11. Repeat Offenders
VIDI maintains a zero-tolerance policy for repeated:

intellectual property violations;
Repeat offenders may be permanently restricted from accessing the Platform.

Certain Platform functionality may involve third-party providers, payment processors, advertisers, or external services.
Users remain responsible for compliance with:
VIDI is not responsible for third-party conduct or services.

Users are responsible for compliance with:

anti-money laundering regulations;

Certain services may not be available in all jurisdictions.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIDI shall not be liable for:

Users assume all risks associated with use of the Platform.
