Korisnici ne smeju koristiti Platformu za facilitation ili promotion:

illegal services;
•
criminal activity;
•
human trafficking;
•
sexual exploitation;
•
escort services;
•
pornography;
•
explicit sexual content;
•
illegal gambling;
•
drug-related activity;
•
controlled substances;
•
weapons trafficking;
•
terrorism;
•
extremist activity;
•
violent threats;
•
hate speech;
•
discriminatory conduct;
•
harassment;
•
abuse;
•
intimidation.
3. Ograničenja korisničkog sadržaja
Korisnici ne smeju upload, publish, transmit, distribute ili na drugi način pružati content koji:

•
infringes intellectual property rights;
•
sadrži malware;
•
sadrži malicious code;
•
sadrži spyware;
•
distribuira harmful software;
•
promotes fraud;
•
promotes violence;

•

•

•
sadrži false reviews;

•

•
restrict visibility;
•

4. Platform Abuse & Automation Restrictions
Korisnici i third parties ne smeju:
•
scrape Platform;
•
harvest data;
•
perform automated extraction;
•
mirror Platform;
•
create datasets;
•
crawl Platform;
•
koristiti bots;
•
koristiti automated registrations;
•
farm accounts;
•
generate fake traffic;
•
manipulate analytics;
•
bypass rate limits;
•
abuse APIs;
•
interfere with Platform infrastructure;
•
overload systems;
•
automate unauthorized access;
•
perform vulnerability scanning;
•
perform credential stuffing;
•
exploit security weaknesses;
•
reverse engineer software ili APIs;
•
interfere with security systems.
Automated systems, AI agents, crawlers, indexing systems, dataset builders, LLM crawlers i machine learning systems nemaju pravo pristupa ili prikupljanja Platform data bez explicit written authorization od strane VIDI.
5. AI & Machine Learning Restrictions
Korisnici ne smeju koristiti Platformu ili njen content za:

LLM ingestion;
•

•

•
generative AI systems;
•
automated semantic analysis;
•
synthetic dataset creation;

automated replication;

AI-powered scraping;

VIDI zadržava pravo da block ili restrict:
•
automated agents;
•
AI crawlers;
•
suspicious automation;
•
unauthorized indexing systems.
6. Account & Identity Rules
Korisnici ne smeju:
•
create fake accounts;
•
impersonate others;
•
share accounts without authorization;
•
use stolen identities;
•
use fraudulent payment information;
•
bypass account restrictions;
•
evade suspensions ili bans;
•
manipulate verification systems.
VIDI zadržava pravo da:
•
request identity verification;
•
request documentation;
•
restrict suspicious accounts;
•
suspend transactions;
•
block access;

7. Payment, Fraud & Chargeback Abuse
Korisnici ne smeju:

abuse refund systems;
•
abuse chargebacks;
•
engage in fraudulent disputes;
•
submit false claims;
•
manipulate payment systems;
•
exploit pricing errors;
•
engage in unauthorized financial activity.
VIDI zadržava pravo da:
•
dispute chargebacks;
•
cooperate with payment processors;
•
share fraud indicators;
•
suspend accounts;
•
restrict services;
•
pursue recovery actions;
•
report activity authorities ili fraud prevention systems.
8. Advertising, Promotions & Marketplace Conduct
Korisnici, advertisers, affiliates i partners ne smeju:
•
distribute misleading advertisements;
•
manipulate rankings;
•
create deceptive promotions;
•
distribute spam;
•
abuse affiliate systems;
•
artificially inflate engagement;
•
manipulate recommendations;
•
create fake campaigns;
•
misuse promotional systems.
Sponsored placements i commercial visibility mogu biti određeni algorithmically ili commercially.
9. Security & Technical Restrictions
Korisnici ne smeju:
•
interfere with Platform security;
•
bypass authentication systems;
•
exploit vulnerabilities;
•
distribute malware;
•
distribute ransomware;
•
interfere with infrastructure;
•
disrupt services;
•
attack systems;
•
test systems without authorization.
Unauthorized testing ili attacks mogu dovesti do:

immediate bans;
•
legal action;
•
evidence preservation;
•
reporting authorities.
10. Enforcement Rights
VIDI zadržava pravo, po sopstvenom nahođenju, da:

restrict visibility;

suspend accounts;
